Your questions, answered

The questions
New Zealanders
actually ask.

No. You do not need to be Indian or familiar with the tradition. Treat Indian Vastu Shastra as a second perspective on your floor plan, focused on usable light, room arrangements and everyday flow.

Every floor has its own Vastu grid, mapped over its area and layout. A two-storey home requires two assessments. Your personal quote includes the owner's birth chart alignment and a written remedies plan.

Vastu Shastra is an Indian tradition, and the consultation respects those roots while staying practical: orientation, layout, light and placement. You do not need to adopt a religion, belief system or observance to benefit from the review.

Never. Aanchal's practice works with your existing building through rearrangement, room use, placement and light. Hard constraints are explained plainly so you can prioritise around them.

The advice must be adapted. Classical rules assume an Indian sun path; New Zealand's sun tracks through the north. Aanchal considers this hemisphere's light, seasons and houses in every assessment.

Aanchal is building local reviews and publishes only genuine, named reviews from New Zealand clients on Google. If you would like to speak with a past client, ask.

The property selection consultation assesses the section, orientation and plans before you commit. Contact Aanchal for current pricing and consultation details.

On-site across Auckland and online New Zealand-wide, in English and Hindi. Online single-floor-plan reviews, optional timing guidance, commercial assessments and builder partnerships are also available.
